CarMoney Dealer Offer

Before you participate, please read carefully these Terms & Conditions. Firstly, here are some definitions we use:

“Promoter”	Motors.co.uk Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, UK
“Promotion”	This Promotion, Car Money Dealer Offer
“Promotion Period”	This is an ongoing promotion and may be ended at any time by the Promoter on 7 days’ notice by updating the Car Money Form page.
“Eligible Participants”	Includes all dealers who sign up to a 12 month MOTORS Multisite Advertising Package and quote Car Money before 31^st December 2023. Eligible Participants must be established in the UK and comply with these Terms & Conditions to be eligible.
“Privacy Notice”	The privacy notice at https://dealer.motors.co.uk/privacy-notice/

What is it?

Promoter is running the Promotion which invites Eligible Participants to participate during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion will be available to any new customers who sign up for a MOTORS Multisite Advertising Package before 31^st December 2023. The dealer will receive a 10% discount on the price of a 12-month contract when quoting Car Money. The dealer must sign up to a MOTORS Multisite Advertising Package for a minimum duration of 12 months and cannot have been a customer of MOTORS or associated partners for 12 months.

To benefit from this Promotion, the dealer must enter into the Promoter’s Standard Advertising Terms & Conditions and complete all of its credit checking procedures or other required checks.

When is it?

The Promotion will only be available during the Promotion Period.

Who can enter?

The Promotion is open only to Eligible Participants.

All employees (and their families) of Promoter, its affiliates or subsidiary companies, any representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may be professionally involved with the Promotion cannot participate in the Promotion.

What is on offer?

Eligible Participants will each be entitled to receive a 10% discount on the price of their 12 month contract. (“Promotional Benefit”). There is no cash alternative available.

What’s excluded?

The following participants are excluded from this Promotion:

those who do not comply with Promoter’s Terms of Use
those that do not successfully complete all of our credit checking procedures or other required checks

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferable. This Promotion is not available for any other package or service offered either by the Promoter.

General

Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the rights to:

suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary for it to do so;
add additional terms to the Promotion;
exclude users on the basis that it believes that they do not respect its Terms of Use or that their entries are not of the requisite standard; and/or
verify the eligibility of Participants, or, exclude organisations from being eligible for the Promotion, if in the Promoter’s opinion, it is necessary for it to do so.

Any decision of Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. By entering, Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the Terms of Use and these Terms & Conditions will prevail to the extent of any conflict.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, X (previously known as Twitter) or voucher supplier.

Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or breach of statutory duty or in any other way for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by an Participant resulting directly or indirectly from entering the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit Promoter’s liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Promoter does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. Promoter reminds Participants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Promotion.

Although Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion (“Promotion Material”) is accurate, Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect Promoter’s operation of the Promotion or the site, including without limitation the accuracy of any Promotion Material.

Promoter may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of the Promotion and Promoter may provide some of your personally identifiable information to them. These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with Promoter and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced Promoter related operation.
