Terms & Conditions

Before you participate, please carefully read these Terms & Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • “Motors” – Motors.co.uk Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 05975777 and its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.
  • “Promotion” – The “Four Months for the Price of Two” promotion. Eligible Participants who purchase a 4-month Motors multisite advertising package during the Promotion Period will receive their first two calendar months for free.
  • “Promotion Period” – From 9:00 on 1st November 2025 to 17:00 on 23rd December 2025 (UK time). This is the window during which Eligible Participants can purchase the package and qualify for the Promotion.
  • “Eligible Participants” – All dealers who are resident in, or established in, the United Kingdom, who have been directly contacted about the Promotion (whether by email, telephone, or other direct communication), and who comply with these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. What is it?

Motors is offering Eligible Participants their first two calendar months free when purchasing a 4-month Motors multisite advertising package during the Promotion Period.  The two free calendar months are included within the 4-month package and are not additional months. Participants will be required to pay for the remaining two months of the package. The free months commence from the start date of the package. The paid months follow immediately after the free period. The total duration of the package is four months, comprising two free calendar months and two paid months.

 

3. How to Redeem

3.1. Eligible Participants must contact Motors via email at [email protected] or call 0203 966 2714 quoting the code ‘Four4Two’ during the Promotion Period.

3.2. To benefit, participants must enter into the Motors Standard Advertising Terms and Conditions, which constitute Motors’ standard form of contract for the advertising package in question, and must successfully complete all required credit, verification or other required checks.

3.3. The package is non-transferable, and the free months cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3.4.  Motors may, at its sole discretion, offer an equivalent package if at the time of redemption the original is no longer available or has changed.

 

4. Exclusions

4.1.  The following are excluded from the Promotion:

  1. Those who currently have, or have had within six months prior to the Promotion Period, an active advertising contract with Motors.
  2. Those who fail Motors’ credit, verification or other required checks.
  3. Those who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or the Terms of Use.
  4. Employees, contractors, or representatives of Motors or any of its affiliates, their immediate family or household members, and anyone professionally involved in the administration or operation of the Promotion.

 

5. General Terms

5.1. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is non-transferable.

5.2. The Promotion is not available for any other package or service offered by Motors.

5.3.  Motors reserves the right to exclude participants whose entries or conduct do not meet these Terms & Conditions or the Terms of Use. Motors’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

5.4. Motors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion at any time.

 

6. Data Protection

6.1. Motors will process participants’ personal data as necessary to administer the Promotion, in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

 

7. Legal

7.1. These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.2. Motors shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss, damage or costs suffered by a participant arising directly or indirectly from participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits Motors’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be limited under law.
