Helping to tackle the issues that matter most.

MOTORS is proud to partner with [M]enable, a pioneering ‘movement’ which aims to raise awareness and create proactive steps across the Automotive Sector to tackle the issue of mental wealth.

People perform well when they feel good about themselves!

As an employer, you want your people to perform well – so you have a responsibility to create psychologically safe environments where they can thrive!

Mental wealth is the investment by both individuals and employers in the culture, working practices and attitudes that encourages understanding, acceptance and care. Mental Wealth = Business Wealth.

About [M]enable founder Stephen Whitton

Stephen Whitton was an Automotive Trainer, Speaker, Consultant, and Coach, known for his ability to captivate an audience on stage.

Despite his outward success, for many years he faced mental health challenges stemming from unresolved childhood trauma. In 2020, he confronted these challenges head-on with the guidance and support of his inner circle.

This journey inspired the creation of [M]enable, an initiative focused on equipping leaders and businesses with tools to prioritise mental wellbeing in the workplace. [M]enable fosters open discussions to promote a more empathetic, supportive, and resilient industry culture.
