MOTORS partners with Percayso to share market insights data with dealers

MOTORS is providing dealers with access to comprehensive vehicle pricing and ownership data through a new partnership with Percayso, the automotive data intelligence specialist.

Market Check powered by Percayso, goes live this week and is available free of charge to all MOTORS dealer partners as part of a beta trial to gain feedback and enhance the product.

The service enables dealers to quickly appraise key market indicators to help with their retail strategy. The data includes market demand, days to sell, pricing, vehicle history and similar listings.

Market Check will be integrated into MOTORS’ Dealer Centre tool enabling retailers to make informed decisions on their stock and the market.

Percayso’s vehicle insights offering was accelerated by its acquisition of the Cazana technology from Cazoo in 2023, providing the business with a significant repository of data and tools to sit alongside its automotive insurance and finance portfolio.

“Market Check powered by Percayso will provide our dealer partners with invaluable live market intelligence on cars they have in stock, or are considering purchasing,” said Phill Jones, Chief Operating Officer of MOTORS.

“We believe this new service will enable dealers to be even more agile, benefitting from guidance on pricing and support on maximising their retail performance. Also, with just a few clicks, dealers will now be able to unlock the retail history of a car and its peers,” he said.

Commenting on the new partnership with MOTORS, Ian Lilley, Head of Partnerships at Percayso said: “We have over 1 billion vehicle listings catalogued to provide MOTORS’ dealer partners with the real-time data they need to make informed decisions.

“MOTORS is a great partner for us to bring our tools and expertise to the automotive retail space. We share a belief with MOTORS of using big data to support effective decision making.  Having helped insurance and finance companies for years, it is exciting to unlock this opportunity for dealers.”
