Terms & Conditions

Before you participate, please read carefully these Terms & Conditions. Firstly, here are some definitions we use:

“Promoter” or “MOTORS”	Motors.co.uk Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
“Promotion”	This Promotion, One Month Free Motors multisite advertising with unlimited stock and no commitment.
“Promotion Period”	From 09:00 on 10th February 2025 to 17:00 on 30th April 2025. UK time.
“Eligible Participants”	All dealers who are contacted directly about this Promotion and do not have a live advertising agreement with Motors.co.uk Limited, have between 10-599 vehicles in stock, and who are a UK resident/established in the UK and who comply with these Terms & Conditions are eligible.

What is it?

Promoter is running the Promotion which invites Eligible Participants to participate during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion will be available to Eligible Participants that receive an email from the Promoter advertising the Promotion (or are otherwise contacted directly by MOTORS about the Promotion). To redeem the Promotion, Eligible Participants must email [email protected] or call 0203 966 2714 quoting ‘One month Free’ during the Promotion Period. THE PROMOTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE BASIS THAT THE FREE MONTH COMMENCES ON OR BEFORE 30th APRIL 2025

To benefit from this Promotion, Eligible Participants must accept the Promoter’s Standard Advertising Terms & Conditions and complete all of its credit checking procedures or other required checks. The Promoter may in its sole discretion offer an equivalent MOTORS package in the event that at the time of redemption the chosen package is no longer available or has changed.

The following participants are excluded from this Promotion:

those that are in an active advertising contract with MOTORS during the Promotion Period
those who do not comply with Promoter’s Terms of Use
those that do not successfully complete all of our credit checking procedures or other required checks

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferable. This Promotion is not available for any other package or service offered either by the Promoter or any other company in its group.

General

Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the rights to:

suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary for it to do so;
add additional terms to the Promotion;
exclude users on the basis that it believes that they do not respect its Terms of Use or that their entries are not of the requisite standard; and/or
verify the eligibility of Participants, or, exclude organisations from being eligible
The Promotion will only be available during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion will only be available during the Promotion Period.

Who can apply?

The Promotion is open only to Eligible Dealers with 10-599 vehicles in stock

What is on offer?

Eligible Participants will be entitled to one month free unlimited multisite advertising with no commitment required

What’s excluded?

Any decision of Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. By entering, Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the Terms of Use and these Terms & Conditions will prevail to the extent of any conflict.

Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or breach of statutory duty or in any other way for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by a Participant resulting directly or indirectly from entering the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit Promoter’s liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Promoter does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. Promoter reminds Participants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Promotion.

Although Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion (“Promotion Material”) is accurate, Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect Promoter’s operation of the Promotion or the site, including without limitation the accuracy of any Promotion Material.

Promoter may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of the Promotion and Promoter may provide some of your personally identifiable information to them. These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with Promoter and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced Promoter related operation.
