What is it?

Promoter is running the Promotion which invites Eligible Participants to participate during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion will be available to Eligible Participants. To redeem the Promotion, Eligible Participants must not currently or have been on a MOTORS Essential, Extra or Enterprise Multisite Package (i.e. vehicle advertising package with Gumtree, Motors.co.uk, eBay or joint) within 12 months of signing a new MOTORS contract.

To benefit from this Promotion, Eligible Participants must sign-up to a MOTORS Essential, Extra or Enterprise Multisite Package for 12 months under MOTORS.co.uk Standard Advertising Terms & Conditions and complete all of its credit checking procedures or other required checks.

When is it?

The Promotion will only be available during the Promotion Period.

Who can enter?

The Promotion is open only to Eligible Participants.

An Eligible Participant can only take advantage of this Promotion once and in respect of one advertising package with MOTORS.co.uk

All employees (and their families) of Promoter, its affiliates or subsidiary companies, any representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may be professionally involved with the Promotion cannot participate in the Promotion.

What is on offer?

Eligible Participants will be entitled to receive one £200 Marks and Spencer gift voucher, once they have signed-up to a new  MOTORS Essential, Extra or Enterprise Multisite Package for a minimum term of at least 12 months (“Promotional Benefit”). Marks and Spencer vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months. No cash alternative is available. Promoter takes no responsibility if the Marks and Spencer voucher is not redeemed before the expiry date. No substitute voucher can be supplied. The voucher will be supplied via the email address provided by the Eligible Participant. Separate terms for voucher redemption may apply.

An alternative promotional benefit may be awarded by Promoter that is a reasonable equivalent.

What’s excluded?

The following participants are excluded from this Promotion:

• those who do not comply with Promoter’s Terms of Use
• those that do not successfully complete all of our credit checking procedures or other required checks

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferable. This Promotion is not available for any other package or service offered either by the Promoter.

General

Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the rights to:

• suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary for it to do so;
• add additional terms to the Promotion;
• exclude users on the basis that it believes that they do not respect its Terms of Use or that their entries are not of the requisite standard; and/or
• verify the eligibility of Participants, or, exclude organisations from being eligible for the Promotion, if in the Promoter’s opinion, it is necessary for it to do so.

Any decision of Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. By entering, Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the Terms of Use and these Terms & Conditions will prevail to the extent of any conflict.

Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or breach of statutory duty or in any other way for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by a Participant resulting directly or indirectly from entering the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit Promoter’s liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Promoter does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. Promoter reminds Participants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Promotion.

Although Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion (“Promotion Material”) is accurate, Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect Promoter’s operation of the Promotion or the site, including without limitation the accuracy of any Promotion Material.

Promoter may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of the Promotion and Promoter may provide some of your personally identifiable information to them. These third-party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with Promoter and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced Promoter related operation.
