Additional Stock Offer Terms & Conditions

Before you participate, please carefully read these Terms & Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

Definitions

  • “Motors” – Motors.co.uk Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 05975777 and its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.
  • “Additional Stock” – Free of charge incremental stock on top of the participants current package stock volume.
  • “Promotion” – The “WIN TOGETHER” promotion. Eligible Participants who are on a current contract will be able to list at no additional cost, Additional Stock on our network until 30th January 2026. The Additional Stock must be incremental to the participants current package stock volume.
  • “Promotion Period” – From 9:00 on 14th November 2025 to 17:00 on 30th January 2026 (UK time). This is the window during which Eligible Participants can qualify for the Promotion.
  • “Privacy Notice” – The privacy notice at https://dealer.motors.co.uk/privacy-notice/
  • “Terms of Use” – The terms of use at https://dealer.motors.co.uk/terms-of-use/

 

What is it?

Motors is offering Eligible Participants unlimited stock for no extra charge. Offer must be redeemed within the Promotion Period.

 

How to Redeem

  • Eligible Participants must contact Motors via website lead form, email at [email protected] or call 0333 038 2051 quoting the code ‘WIN TOGETHER’ during the Promotion Period.
  • The package is non-transferable, and the Additional Stock cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Motors may, at its sole discretion, provide an equivalent offer if at the time of redemption the original is no longer available or has changed.

 

Exclusions

The following are excluded from the Promotion: 

  • Motors reserves the right to cap the volume of free listings if deemed to be disproportionate with the current level listed and paid for.
  • Those who reduce paid package stock volume.
  • Those who fail Motors’ credit, verification or other required checks.
  • Those who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or the Terms of Use.
  • Employees, contractors, or representatives of Motors or any of its affiliates, their immediate family or household members, and anyone professionally involved in the administration or operation of the Promotion.

 

General Terms

  • The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is non-transferable.
  • The Promotion is not available for any other package or service offered by Motors.
  • Motors reserves the right to exclude participants whose entries or conduct do not meet these Terms & Conditions or the Terms of Use. Motors’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Motors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion at any time.

 

Data Protection

  • Motors will process participants’ personal data as necessary to administer the Promotion, in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

 

Legal

  • These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • Motors shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss, damage or costs suffered by a participant arising directly or indirectly from participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits Motors’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be limited under law.

£100 Referral Terms & Conditions

Before you participate, please carefully read these Terms & Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • “Motors” – Motors.co.uk Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 05975777 and its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

  • “Promotion” – The “Referral Scheme” promotion. Eligible Participants are those on a current contract who refer a dealer that then enters a contract with Motors before 17:00 30th January 2026. Both the existing customer and the new customer will be eligible for £100 of free listings.

  • “Promotion Period” – From 9:00 on 14th November 2025 to 17:00 on 30th January 2026 (UK time). This is the window during which Eligible Participants can qualify for the Promotion.

  • “Eligible Participants” – All dealers who are in current contract with Motors and who are resident in, or established in, the United Kingdom, who have been directly contacted about the Promotion (whether by email, telephone, or other direct communication), and who comply with these Terms & Conditions.
